Colloquio
Series of 3 interviews. First a brief call with the recruiter. Secondly a very strange/awkward interview from an HR employee based in India. His questions were rather surprising and he did not seem to have much experience in conducting an interview. Final 50 minute interview with the head of department/senior team members.
multiple stages ranging from video assessment, technical in office round test round, technical round. all rounds being eliminatory. questions asked are very technical in nature and requires good concept clarity.

e-interview hirevue display question and then record answer. have about 6 questions . 1 minute to prepare and 3 minutes to record. not a good experience as it lacks human interactions.

Motivations like why i want to work at WTW and why i want to pursue actuarial
Did a HireVue, but didn't get a response back yet. Had about 2 minutes to respond to each question. I only had 1 attempt which was stressful. If I were to do it again, I would practice in a mirror.
