It was pretty easy. They have a big need for Benefit Advisors so my interview was short and sweet. They scheduled me for an interview within a couple of days of me applying. They made me an offer within a couple of days of interviewing. I started within a couple of weeks of the offer. Very easy process. Debbie the head recruiter is great to work with.

Very easy to go through, passed my certification. I can’t recall exactly how it went because it’s years since I became a Benefit advisor. I think once you pass your certification, they immediately take you in for training. If you passed training you start working on floor.

Fantastic experience and very quick response time in my experience. My first interview was held in the morning and it so happened that I was moved to the next step. The hiring manager had open Availability that afternoon for a video interview. I completed that and was offered the job. Great experience and very positive vibes.
