After completing an online application, automatically got a hirevue video interview invite. However, it has been over a month since submitting the and have had no other emails despite the automatic insights being positive. Not even a rejection email or an automated email saying they are still reviewing applications and that's why it's taking so long.

I sent an online application. On the same day I received a notification to do some online tests. First, a numerical test. Questions with graphs, data tables and other calculations. I passed it. Then the "Inductive reasoning test". Before my eyes, strings of unintelligible hieroglyphs designed by Satan himself and possibly extracted from an ancient black sorcery book attempted to test my skills as an investment consultant. I finalize the test and receive immediately an email telling me that the summoning ritual has failed, or in human language"my application won´t further be considered".
I wonder if the HR personnel that uses this test could be able to pass it.
