However, the interviewer failed to attend the meeting, and I received no prior notice or subsequent communication to explain or reschedule the interview. This experience was disappointing and unprofessional, As it not only wasted my time and energy but also reflected poorly on the recruitment process. Candidates value transparency and communication during the hiring journey, and a lack of these elements can undermine the credibility and reputation of the organization. I strongly encourage WTW to review and improve its interview scheduling and communication practices to avoid similar situations in the future.
