40 minutes in-person one-on-one with an actual engineer, no HR lady.
All the questions were slightly technical with an emphasis on leadership. Half of the questions were related to organizations, clubs, volunteer work, etc. The other half was about previous internships.
The scope of the questions was limited to problem-solving situations and learning curves.
