great, they paid for travel to come and meet management team and were very nice and gave me a tour, offered me more than my miimum required salary. asked me what i would do to improve certain parts of the existing structure and were sincere about wanting to know.

The Interview was very easy, I had the first Interview with the Recruiter and after a couple of days a second Interview with three more people attending. If you have the knowledge for the role you are interviewing it is very easy. I had no issues with it.

The interview itself started off great but the interviewer was very hard to read. He mentioned at the end he’s recommending me to move forward but that is when the ghosting started. Not even the automated rejection.
