Met with BDC Manager and Owner on initial interview. Was told about the position and compensation package. Very friendly, and upbeat environment. Comfortable and inviting atmosphere. It went very well.

Colloquio
I was called after filling out an online application. I went in and interviewed. The interview was one-sided. The man in charge told me about the position, its benefits, shortfalls, and that in the same day it could be the worst job you ever had, and the best. I was then dismissed with a handshake. I checked in three days later and was invited to join the team.
