Received an invitation for a 30-minute Microsoft Teams meeting shortly after applying. The meeting was casual and friendly, with basic interview questions asked. I didn't get the impression that my interviewer did this often and they didn't seem too engaged with my answers. I got ghosted after they said they were going to check back on some details of the job I had questions about, which I found very unprofessional. A basic email saying you're pursuing other candidates is better than leaving one in the lurch.
