I didn't really have an interview. All he told me to do is go to the orientation and fill everything out. Next thing you know I started that Monday. Training was the most difficult part because they just throw you in first shift and expected me to know everything there is to know.

Easy. Basically you walk in ask if there hiring which everyone is these days. You’ll get hired on spot no interview process at all everyone is so desperate . That’s why people come and go and can’t keep good employees because the good ones are having to do everyone’s work

Very easy going, made me feel comfortable. Questions were easy to answer, we even had a few laughs during the process. I'm glad I became an employee. Waffle House was definately a good employment option.
