I applied via email (saw the posting on www.monster.com), and was called by the hiring manager within the week. Came in for an interview, and was literally offered the position the next day. Can't tell you the full job title - there aren't many positions in that title, so it wouldn't be "anonymous."

Standard interview, assess for cultural/organizational fit. Friendly and engaging. Submit resume. Schedule interview with potential supervisor. Await response for follow-up regarding offer and/or fingerprinting. Would be helpful to follow-up with them if you do not hear back.
