It was an online interview lasting 40 Minutes.
Interviewer was online with a kind woman. She asked to tell me about myself and what I am looking for. She sent me an email with scenarios and gave me 20 minutes to go through each one and come up with answers. 4/5 of the scenarios were based on customers looking for products and recommendations. She gave me feedback and then asked me which locations I would like to work at in order and my flexibility. She offered me the job.

They asked some basic questions; it was a very friendly atmosphere; the recruitment process is very straightforward; I think it takes no more than two weeks. First a telephone interview, then an interview with the managers
it was a normal customer service interview with competency and situational questions and questions about yourself and all that kind of stuff. very basic part-time job interview that anyone could get through
