Very positive experience and very welcoming staff members. Initially online screening test and group discussion. Then they give you a scenario to all group members and how you would deal with it.

Standard competency based questions based upon the job description and answers that I put on my online application form .
Group interview with scenario based questions. Was with a group of maybe five other people we all had to say our individual answers. Also had to work together to rank a list of work based scenarios from most to least important
The interview was quite long, the first stage being an online questionnaire, then a group interview where you had different tasks and had to present followed by a 1 to 1 with management.
A few online situational questions then a short in person interview when asked what would i do if a customer asked me where are the baked beans. The whole process was simple and easy to complete
