It was a group interview. There were 6 of us and only 2 positions available. It was very obvious who they were going to pick which discouraged me for the rest of the interview.
We had to as a team discuss different scenarios and how we would respond to them. Then feedback our ideas to the interviewer. Then we had to fill out a booklet with questions such as 'describe a time when you went above and beyond for a customer' ect.
Very good, quick and simple. Lady was nice and questions were relevant to the job. Everything explained well. Would recommend the company to somebody that wants this kind of work

4 of us for a group interview. Sat around a table with pieces of paper that had 8 supermarket tasks on. Given scenario of having 2 hours before shop opened to complete the tasks and we had to discuss how we would prioritise the task, taking into consideration seasons and time of day.
They asked questions about my previous experiences and I had to complete an exercise about food knowledge with some lengthy scenarios. They then asked for my availability and a few other questions about my interests and hobbies.
