A one-to-one interview that included both behavioural and technical questions, which are tailored for STAR-style responses. After these questions, you are giving an assessment task that outlines a scenario that you may encounter on the job. You are then given 15 minutes to prepare your answer and then 5 minutes to feedback on what you have prepared.

2 Individuals question you. The hiring manager and another making notes. Hiring manager asks u a few questions its a relaxed environment and they let you know how long until you'll be contacted again usually around 1-2 weeks.

It was made up of a 1 to 1 interview and an individual exercise. In the 1 to 1 they first asked me to say a bit about myself, my previous experience/jobs, and why I wanted the job. Then they asked around 3/4 questions in quite some detail. After that they gave me a sheet detailing three of their core values as well as a scenario. There were 4 questions to consider and answer, and they left me for 15 minutes to write some ideas. When the interviewer came back I discussed the questions with them.
