1:1 interview online due to covid. Was asked standard interview questions and questions related to customer service. Then I was given an exercise which they email to you and I had 20 minutes of the interview to prepare my answers and 10 minutes to present my answers. Interview took an hour and a few days later they called and offered me a job.

They asked relevant questions about my background, problem-solving approach, and how I would contribute to the team.
