I was given a situational assessment to achieve before the formal interview began, then asked a series of questions pertaining to my ability to work nights. I was also asked about my employment history and educational background.

Team leader was approachable and easy going, led the interview very comfortably. Asked generic questions but didn't push for generic or esoteric answers. Failry casual and conversational in tone, which was great as it eased any nerves I had. Allowed time to think before responding, too.
video interview on the computer with manager of the night team, asking general questions about myself, how i work in a team, have i worked night shifts before, previous experience, what am I looking for, why I think im right for the job.

Two friendly interviewers, relatively casual atmosphere, they ran through the interview first and asked some unscored questions to warm me up, five scored questions were asked, I enjoyed the experience
