Positive experience, enjoyable process. There were three separate stages:
Questions to get to know you
Questions to understand how well you work with others
Hypothetical scenarios to determine your decision making abilities.
Interviewer was friendly and made me feel at ease.
If you want the job make sure you do a bit of research about Waitrose and the company's philosophy and values.

Interview carried out over the phone by a really nice guy. I was then asked to go to the site of work with my passport. it lasted around ten to fifteen minutes.

Applied online and then has to do an online situation test. Then got invited to an interview where I had to take a written test, group interview and 1n1 interview
