A group of us were interviewed at the same time. There were individual interviews followed by a group task in which the group was given a shop floor scenario and asked to discuss the order in which a set of tasks should be prioritised.

Tell us about a time you taught someone something and step by step how you taught them.
Group task followed by solo interview. In group task we were asked how to wouls prioritise a list of tasks. Solo interview was as standard as can be expected, very simple. Overall took around 1hr-1hr30.

Taken in for a 5 minute conversation, they asked my availability and my experience, interviewer told me the job was easy and I was practically guaranteed the role provided I was somewhat competent

applitude test and ranking importance, followed by a few personality questions that were easily accessible. Ranking different scenarios in order of importance was slightly challenging but overall the interview is not that difficult.
