easy, asked what you know and liked about the company, why you want to work there. also ran through customer service scenarios, and asked about previous experience. very straightforward and heard back later the same day.

how i would make a suggestion to a manager about changing method of doing a task
Team leader was approachable and easy going, led the interview very comfortably. Asked generic questions but didn't push for generic or esoteric answers. Failry casual and conversational in tone, which was great as it eased any nerves I had. Allowed time to think before responding, too.

Two friendly interviewers, relatively casual atmosphere, they ran through the interview first and asked some unscored questions to warm me up, five scored questions were asked, I enjoyed the experience
