Mixture of online and assessment centre style interview. More informal 1 on 1 interview at the end of the assessment centre process. Online scenario based questions. Will be asked for prior experience in customer service, as this is a key attribute. Fairly simple process.

start with a group interview where you get given a task and you’re assessed on how you communicate with others at the table then followed by a 1-1 interview which was mainly situational questions based on experience

Very friendly but thorough interview process, i enjoyed the process and did not find it too stressful. There are a mixture of tasks to complete online which give you an insight into the role.
