The principal reached out first. The interview was in-person and after sharing the basics about the school and my background, we discussed goals. I presented a portfolio of materials that I created and how they tied into the school culture. Definitely research the school and prepare ahead of time to show why you would fit and how you can integrate into the school community!

Submitted my resume through the online application system and sent it directly to the school principal. Interview lasted less than 45 minutes. Online application is kind of lengthy but interview was set up by school receptionist and took place with the principal and another counselor. I received a call the same day with an offer.
