Great interview process, and they sound like great people to work with. Very easy going, yet well-spoken, and the questions brought up directly correlated to your expertise in the technologies they use. They also asked some behavior/personality questions so that they can see what kind of person they are going to add to their team. All in all, they sound like a great team to work with, learn from, and stated they are very willing to push all their system admins to be experts in all the technologies they use. It would be amazing if I received an offer after interviewing here.
