I met with the HR director and she immediately gave me a sheet with all the questions she was going to ask, which is very unusual. She let me read over it so I was prepared for the rest of it. We then walked through my entire career thus far, discussed my work style and cultural preferences, and career goals. Overall, she was more attentive about my career and gave positive tangible advice and feedback moving forward.
