Standard review process, very easy going, a lot of situational do's and do not's. Explained the way things operated and give your prior work experience. Go over company procedures, a lot of listening on your part and talking on their part.

The interview itself was very easy. Questions were predominantly about how to handle difficult customers, my availability, and my interest in the position. My interview lasted about 15-20 minutes and was centered around the expectations of the work I would need to carry out.
