Two interviews, One with a panel of two people and the other with the District manager. For me they happened on the same day but I don't know if they changed it. For the interview you should "dress for success" and know your numbers if you are being promoted from within.

Scenario based questions, Tell me of a time when you had to deal with someone who was angry, could be a customer, friend or a stranger, what was the reason? How did you solve it? What could you have done differently?
Discussed a lot about work efficiency, handling difficult situations, reasoning tough tasks and SBO questions. Then a few company initiatives being put in. Just seem eager and come prepared and it'll be fine.

Interview process was done by video capture, then a one on one with a store manager, overall it was an easy position to obtain, seems like there is a great need for ASM-T's that have a bachelor degree
