The interview process begins with a discussion with the manager to understand the role and expectations, followed by an interview that focuses on the candidate’s previous experience and its relevance to the position.
Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. La procedura ha richiesto 3 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Walgreens
Colloquio
I submitted an application online then went in the store and did the skills test, it was pretty simple. As long as you know basic math skills and can read the text on a coupon you'll be fine. About 2 weeks later I got a call from the manager in the morning and we set up and interview for that afternoon.
The interview was pretty laid back, it was only about 6 questions, but there was also questions within the main question. For example "Name a time when you had to "blank." What happened? How did you resolve it? What was the outcome?" The interview lasted about 40 minutes, but it only felt like 15-20 minutes. I'm the type of person who is really really shy but even this was easy for me. The questions we're mainly "Tell me about a time when.." One was when you had to deal with someone who was angry. Most we're just basic teamwork/communication questions. They want to know you have good communications skills and can work well with others.
I got a call about 3-5 days later asking if I wanted the job. If you get offered the job you have to take a drug test. I did mine 2-3 days after I accepted then it took about 3 days for Walgreens to get the results.

Tell me about a time when you had to deal with someone who was very angry. What was the situation? How did you resolve it? What was the outcome?
It was a quick and easy interview. It included very basic interview questions with the assistant manager. It did not last more than 5 minutes before I was offered a position.
It went well. I dont think I will take the job but I was happy talking to the store manager. The store was clean and everyone was nice and I would have been happy to work there
