Applied online. The store manager contacted me within 5 to 7 days regarding my online interview and I set up an interview date. The interview was brief. I answered a few questions about what to do with difficult customers and demonstrated my skills in basic addition and subtraction in case the register breaks. I got the job on the spot, I just had to pass the background check and the drug test, which I did.

What would you do when faced with an irate customer who is causing a scene at the register and you have a line of customers waiting to purchase their items, but the manager is helping another customer?
Very easy and casual interview. The hiring manager asked common interviewing questions and why I wanted to work there. They asked if I had any previous sales experience and my hours.
