Applied online and received phone call back from HR staff to set up a qualification test and Interview. qualification test included about 6 other participants which was a bit awkward however the interview portion was 1 on 1. qualification test included a general knowledge math and problem solving portion and a data entry test. May want to brush up on math skills or review pharmacy problems relating to ophthalmic (eye) and otic ( ear ) drops. all information and calculator is provided. Data entry measures speed and accuracy, Data test is very similar to actual work performed on the job so if you don't like it you probably will not enjoy the position
