all interviews are behavioral questions which are rated on a 1-5 scale, there is background check and drug test. the application has a skills assessment that is graded on a higher recommended not recommended scale. all applicants are given the same questions to give everyone a even playing field.

The interview was definately more analytical than most store manager opportunities, and was really focusing on marketplace trends and not at all on overall good fit for company culture or teams
The DM was nice and professional. Was transparent in his questions and wanted feedback from me. Up front with the condition of the store he was thinking of putting me in and asked if I was up for the challenge.
