The application was done online and after that I had to take a test at the store. Once an opening became available I was contacted for an interview. They were extremely flexible with my hours since I have a day job. The interview was relaxed and they ask a lot of questions. The have you describe scenarios where you have experienced certain things (It's different scenarios but mainly focused on customer service).
