There is an online application that is about an hour long. Then you go in an take an assessment. It is a math test, with question that relate to understanding coupons and giving people back change. It is pretty easy. After. the store manager will interview you

The store manager goes by a script so every potential employee gets asked the same things. They are basic time questions like "Tell me about a time when there was a conflict in a previous job. How did you handle the conflict."
It was a quick and easy interview. It included very basic interview questions with the assistant manager. It did not last more than 5 minutes before I was offered a position.
It went well. I dont think I will take the job but I was happy talking to the store manager. The store was clean and everyone was nice and I would have been happy to work there
