Online application and in store skills assessment were very easy. After passing the drug and background test, the manager called me into the store. There wasn't an interview, no discussion about benefits, pay or responsibilitys. I was told that I would be payed the same wages that I was receiving at my former job. He then entered everything into the computer and told me when to report to work.

It was an extremely easy interview process. I sat with the store manager for around 20 minutes. They have material they go through for the interview, almost like a workbook. You'll be asked questions about your work history, and how you handled certain customer service situations. You'll be asked about how you'd handle customer and employee escalations, and also times you made a customers day better.
