All interviews were conducted via video calls. They asked standard questions about my experience in design and about my design portfolio. I had to meet with several rounds of people. It took many weeks to hear back from them.
It was a quick HR interview with simple questions about social media and design choices. The same interview questions were used for all the positions I applied to (which I almost instantly received an interview for after applying). I heard back about 4 months later that they were not moving forward with me as a candidate.

Strange and long interview process. Had to design on the spot and wasn't given any context on what exactly I was designing for which is not how a new project would work in a normal design process.
