The store manager interviewed me for the position and they were asking questions and taking notes. The interview was not very long because I was already an employee of the company.

Pretty easy, behavior focused questions and business culture. They emphasized no hostility in the work place which was an important aspect, along with availability. It's a good entry level position especially as a CSA
