A consultant contacted me on LinkedIn and the HR person from Israel called me to have the telephonic interview. Basic questions and then she said she would send me a home task and I should send it back to them in 72 hours. I did and sent it back and I get a general template saying thanks for applying for the role. After closely examining your application, we wish to inform you that we would not proceed with you. I was shocked as I had performed really well and expected atleast the HR to contact me to say I’m not thru and some feedback
