They called me up to ask a few questions about availability, notice period etc. And then asked me when a good time would be to send over a design task. The design task was two hours long. I had to email back within that timeframe. I was given a cover of a young adult fiction book and asked to come up with a minimum of three different alternative cover ideas. They also wanted a couple of sentences to explain my design choices behind each idea. After the task they got back to me pretty quickly (I think around 3 days) to let me know unfortunately I wasn't through to the next stage. HR team were super lovely and very helpful at every stage. Although I didn't get through - a very positive experience!
