Pretty easy, a phone call to set up an interview, then one in person interview. They liked me and asked for a quick drug test. I started almost immediately after that.

Ask you to fill out a basic résumé.
Ask about what sales experience you have.
Ask about knowledge of vehicles.
Very easy overall interview may take some time because management seems to always be busy.
