I was asked questions about my past experience as an ESL teacher (similar positions), training programs I had attended, and general philosophy of classroom management.

Very easy and relaxed atmosphere, just be yourself and share experiences. The interview was done in about 30 minutes. I didnt feel under pressure. I felt at home. Great experience overall.
