My "interview" was about 15 minutes of walking the floor with one of the team leads, not even for the department I was going into (but I guess he had some familiarity with the job requirements, etc.) I was going into overnights so he asked if I was sure I could handle it; I described my past experiences doing overnights, he casually showed me some of the different areas and described the conditions to me. I think in part it was also a fitness test (physically demanding job) because he commented on the speed of my gait, etc. Just go in with a positive attitude, and be confident you can do the job. Talk about your past responsibilities and your willingness to learn.
Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Walmart (Providence, RI)
Colloquio
The entire process was straightforward and took next to no significant time. They asked basic questions that you would expect in any interview and let me know when they would get back to me with an update.

Do you have experience working in a store like Walmart?
Very short, seemed rushed. Interviewer was late and did not seem interested in the interview. Waited a long time for nothing . Entry level job but why not take the time if the position is posted.
