      Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite un selezionatore. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Walmart (Sealy, TX) nel mese di nov 2025

      Colloquio

      The process took over a month only due to poor communication, disrespectful directors who did not learn how to interview. They literally asked me just 2 questions for my panel interview with no follow ups or anything. One interviewer just cared about one line in my resume and instead of asking any follow questions after I introduced myself he asked me about how I I used statistics in my analysis as it was mentioned in my resume. After I explained it to him there was nothing else. Asked me 2 behavioral questions which I answered well. After only 25 mins and 2 questions they had nothing else and told me they wanted to give the remaining time so I can ask questions. I kept asking great questions to try and express my interest. However, these interviewers had no interest as it was the holiday season and probably didn't want to do interviews. The company really has no structure for interviews and just a frustrating experience overall. After 2 follow ups to the recruiter in email and LinkedIn he finally replied that the interviewers chose to send a few other candidates to the next round. I don't think they even plan on getting to let me know the outcome of the hiring process until the process is fully completed and an offer is made and accepted. Asking only 2 questions mean they already know who they are gonna hire or they are confident that I had the skills needed for the role. Since I didn't get an offer it clearly shows the interview was a formality which they didn't want to participate in. Extremely disappointing and a waste of time as well.
