Interview was done with 3 different people at separate times face to face. Lots of "Describe a time when..." questions. After the interview the applicant is required to take a drug test.

Describe a time when you had to work with a team to solve a problem and what was the outcome?
Super easy and casual. Asked my availability and previous work experience and then just explained the job to me. Took about ten minutes, just be available and agreeable and you’ll get it.

Sat there was asked questions interviewer wasn't really interested in what I had to say and wrote out what they wanted to hear and offered the position on the spot
Easy, it was like one question that was related to my customer service experience and knowledge. Basically, it was confirming that you are a functioning human capable of helping customers.
