Met with the AP manager, one associate, and AP manager from another store. Asked: Tell me about a time when you lead your team. What was the project? What were the steps you took to complete the project? And what was the outcome. Tell me about a time when you had a disagreement with a co-worker. What was the disagreement? What were the steps you took to resolve the disagreement? And what was the outcome? Was told there were just a few others to interview and my next interview would be 1:1 with the AP manager. He has yet to call. I called as he had requested a week later and was told he would let me know. It has been three weeks.

The interview process was thorough, personable, and very beneficial. A lot of questions were asked and my interviewed allowed me to ask questions to ensure the right fit. Lasted about 1 hour.
