Three step process, background check, drug test.
And reference checks which got you more credits for increased pay. Initially had a phone interview with hr, then a 2 panel interviewe. Mainly asked questions from a booklet and then some of their own questions. Overall a good experience.

Interesting and very easy. Was not interested because was looking for more of a challenge and wanted to pursue a career with better growth opportunities. Great company with great benefits however
