This was for a temporary remodel position. I applied online, was asked to come in for a one on one interview with an assistant manager. Lasted about thirty minutes. Mainly situational type questions, i.e. name a time when you faced a challenge, worked in a team, etc. Got a call fifteen minutes after I left saying I passed and need to take a drug test within 24 hours. I did, passed that, and was hired starting the next week.

i was offered job over the phone on the first call no real interview came in person for paperwork and orientation blah blah blah blah there isnt anything else to say about this experience
