I sat with an assistant manager and two department managers and the assistant manager asked questions while the department managers asked me what i'd do in specific situations, I was told that usually there was only one department manager at an interview and they were training the younger one for interviews.

Pretty simple interview with basic questions. I Applied online and then received a call to schedule an interview and was hired within three days. Basic questions like tell me about yourself, problem solving, ability to perform the job, and customer service experience.

A brief interview asking both behavioral style and hypothetical questions. Overall I feel it was an average interview requiring minimal prep. Nothing too difficult and a fine interview overall. As long as you present yourself as personable you should be fine.
