Went to career fair and was called for an on campus interview. Had a dinner with recruiters, current employees, and all of the candidates. Had the interview the next day and in 2 weeks I received an offer
Behavioral based questions with a panel of interviewers. Walmart is very big on their behavioral based questions and answering in the STAR format. Have about 10 bullet points to hit that would fit into multiple different behavioral type questions.
