For my position the interview was 7 questions. I was interviewed over the phone by two store managers at the same time and offered the promotion a couple weeks later.

Interesting and very easy. Was not interested because was looking for more of a challenge and wanted to pursue a career with better growth opportunities. Great company with great benefits however

Overall it was good, But it seemed like some persons are already decided before interview. Eventually I decided to let go of the offer and got better offer from different company
