Took me 20 mins to find the person who was giving me the interview. Once I found the manager I was taken into a dark windowless room with 2 metal chairs and a messy desk. The manager asked the questions then took me to another person who gave me the job responsibilities and pay offer sheet. I took the job and was told to submit a background check and to get drug tested within a week.

Basically just ask how you are and tell you the position theyre hiring you for and what your pay will be. After that the person hiring will tell you about all the benefits-you dont have to say anything, really. After hearing about benefits and you accept the offer you will be told when and where youll be meeting for orientation & youll recieve a follow up email as well. Super easy.

Interview process was straight forward. Sharing experiences of similar roles, talking about other retail work experience, and any leadership times in work or at other places. Talking about personal and people skills
They always ask what would you do in this situation. Only 3 questions at most . Very easy and to the point. Have some answers prepared on how you would handle situations under pressure
