Applications for hourly positions are filled out via computer kiosk. After initial screening, the candidate is contacted by telephone for an interview. The first interview is with an hourly supervisor (Department Manager). The second interview is with a Salaried Manager, usually an Assistant Manager. If the candidate passes both interviews, the HR manager (an hourly position) tenders a provisional job offer, including title and starting wage, contingent upon the candidate passing a drug screen and verification of eligibility to work in the US.

Most difficult question was when asked to describe in detail, an occasion when (the candidate) had to breach a company policy in order to achieve a successful resolution of a difficult situation.
Phone interview and then asked to come in for in person interview. The hiring manager asked typical interview questions. Why do you want to work here? And asked bout scheduling availability,
There was a lot of questions but overall it went pretty decent. They were your standard interview questions. I am happy with the outcome but maybe I could do better next time.
Solid and very well informative process. It was straightforward and well put together. I really enjoyed the people that I interacted with and ultimately chose another route due to time constraints.
