I was interviewed by one of the department managers there since the assistant manager couldn't interview me at the time. I waited about 30 minutes before I got interviewed, standard wait times for most places. The manager that interviewed me was very laid-back, ended up having a full on conversation after it was over. I was hired on the spot and started working 3 weeks later.

Pretty straightforward, go through activities as a group and basic introduction with a department manager. As well there is a walk through of the store, as well as the back and going through safety procedures.
